On the 5th and 6th of July, the biggest brewery names in local, national, and international cask & keg beer as well as the best up-and-coming bands will all be under one roof at Staggeringly Good Brewery It will be a fantastic weekend of beer, music and food at the site that sits bang next to the Portsmouth fc down on Rodney Road.
The Staggeringly Good crew are excited about what they have created and have said that the beer and music festival will also have cider, mead, wine and spirits to drink along with street food from resident food vendors Bear Bones BBQ Co. They will be dishing up their smokehouse BBQ which consists of some mighty dishes. Oishi Buns will be bringing the Asian vibes with their Bao Buns and Waffaholics will be there for the sweet tooth in us!
Brewery Tastings
With brewery floor beer tastings and more all packed into an immersive venue split over 4 areas at the brewery site down at Fratton, It is going to be an event not to miss! Speaking to Tim Hoolahan, Sales and Account Manager at the site, he said, “We’re really excited to see just how this festival turns out. We’ve got some of the best beer from local, national, and international names – with a something for everyone approach, so everything from the most ridiculously hype modern styles to traditional cask real ale, and everything in between.
“On top of that, we’ve got some of the best up-and-coming artists playing live, some of the best street food around, hand-picked artisan cider & mead, all of the usual fest suspects cranked up to 11. But the really fun thing about the festival is that we have a bit of a blank canvas for once in regards to the venue – we can have fun with the vibe, with every area feeling different – we want it to feel more immersive, that you don’t know what’s going to happen next.
“We’re excited to bring a bit of everyone’s personality here at Staggeringly Good to the community around us, and we hope everyone will join us for the biggest party we’ve thrown for a while.”
