June Workshops

June is set to be a great month for not only sunshine and summery vibes but also for workshops happening locally. Check out below the independents offering creative workshops for June.

16th June – Indian Streetfood at the Southsea Deli

The South Coast Cookery School is a cool place to learn all about food, and their consistent workshops offer a wide choice. This date focuses on a 2hr class where you make a street food platter by making your own tikka paste, chicken skewers, vegetable pakoras, and a minty dipping sauce. A great way to meet other like-minded foodies and touch up on your culinary skills. Find out more here.

22nd June – Luvshifting Flower Club

Nia is back for another monthly flower workshop at the Marmion House which includes a glass of fizz, nibbles, and the chance to build flower crowns, and wrist corsages with dried flower details. Have a read here for more details.

23rd June – The Corner Collective Workshop

The Corner Collective is now holding workshops which is a fab idea considering it is such a cool gallery space. The first workshop is with Little Old Goose and involves brush lettering. Lucy is an expert at brush strokes and calligraphy and will help you to gain some inspiring tips to take home. You will be able to have a nice evening of learning how to master brush lettering from one of the best with refreshments and cake included in with the price. The cost is £50pp and is a small class of no more than 12 that lasts for 2.5 hrs. Starting at 7pm and finishing at 9.30pm. To Book contact the Corner Collective here.
